• Yes I do, very much.  I wanted a lower interest rate and they got it for me so I was very happy with that

• For me, it wasn’t applicable because I will not be local, but my family members who have purchased from here think it’s a wonderful opportunity.

• Yes, everybody explained everything very well and was willing to listen to my concerns and address my concerns.

• Very much so.  It’s a longer warranty period than what I’ve received on other vehicles that I’ve purchased in the past.

• Well it certainly gives you a piece of mind knowing that if the motor blows up you can get a new one.  That’s a major of costs that you don’t have to worry about.

• Certainly.  Like I said before, I’m a repeat customer and I’m very happy with the way the salesmen and the financing people treated me and I’d definitely come back again.

How much do you think you saved by purchasing your vehicle from Broadway Automotive?

• I know that when I originally looked at my Kia Sorrento and I had checked several online websites, it was averaging for a 2007 about 22-24,000 depending on all the package options, and when I found that one over there, sticker price was originally $21,900 and I got it for $16,500 so I saved about $6,000.

Would you highly recommend Broadway Automotive to your friends and relatives?

• Of course, I have and I do cause a lot of people have commented on my vehicle cause not a lot of people are very familiar with the Kia Sorrento.  Kia does have a bad name in the market place so when they see it they ask I really like your vehicle, what is it, and I tell them, and they’re like, ooh a Kia, and I’m like, no I love it, I think it’s the greatest thing.  I brag about Broadway Automotive and Brad Mommaerts and how great I was treated and I would recommend to anybody who asks it they’re looking for a car

• I would say that I think it’s a fantastic option for the consumer.  Being that I was in a position where I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and my warranty ran out and my transmission went, and I had several other problems with it and I was looking at about $6,000 worth of repair bills and the vehicle was only worth $7,000, so I was in a position where I either had to come out and get the money or search for a new vehicle.  I was very frustrated so I think the fact that Broadway Automotive offers this kind of package is phenomenal because as a consumer it saves me money and it also makes sure that you’re maintaining the maintenance on your vehicle cause I do know that part of the agreement was you have to maintain the oil rotations and the oil changes, which is critical because if you don’t do that kind of stuff, your wear and tear on your vehicle is going to be a lot worse.  So I think overall it’s a phenomenal idea.

Do you feel Broadway Automotive provided you with a positive car buying experience?

• Without a doubt.  From the minute I walked in the door, it was a cold day, it was winter when we had the really frigid temperatures, and I was just driving through the lot and Brad had actually walked outside and greeted us and offered us to come on in, offered us coffee and popcorn.  Right when we walked in the door the gentleman in the sales floor opened the doors for us and were very courteous, were very nice, and if I had a question, if Brad wasn’t available to answer it somebody else was always there to answer it.  So I always had somebody to talk to to help me.  And Brad was very, very patient with me cause I wasn’t sure what I had wanted, I was just in a severe car accident, cars were kind of a scary thought at the moment, I knew I had a rough idea, and he was very patient, he wasn’t trying to push a vehicle on me, he was working with what I want verses what the dealership had to offer and we just kind of happened to stumble upon the Kia, and the  first one he brought about, I was like oh, Kia, and he was like, no its not that bad, they’ve gotten better, they’ve really cleaned up.  He brought it around, and he said just take a look at it, he wasn’t very pressuring, he said just let me bring it around, why don’t you just look at it and if you don’t like it I’ll put it right back and we’ll go right back to square one.  He brought it around and I fell in love with it.
