Four Great Features of the 2016 Chevy Silverado

Four Great Features of the 2016 Chevy Silverado

The fastest growing pickup brand of 2015 is getting a new look in 2016 but rides with the same great style. We’re still pretty far from the fall release of the 2016 Chevrolet line-up, but here are four great features of the 2016 Chevy Silverado that have us excited already.

Thought the old truck looked tough? See the new model

The 2016 Chevy Silverado has an aggressive new look. We’re not sure how it does it, but the new streamlined horizontal grill style a muscled, rippling look on the hood, make look like it’s not going to let anything stand in its way. Which, given the quality of the truck, is probably true.

Need to make a call, surf the web, order pizza?

The 2015 Chevy Silverado had the option of wifi connectivity through OnStar, including the ability to become an internet hotspot. The 2016 has an available MyLink information and entertainment system, which you can connect to with your Apple or Android smartphone. Select smartphones can even take advantage of wireless charging in the cabin.

2016 Chevy Silverado works smarter to keep you on the road

This truck has all the safety basics (we don’t think you can get away with a car without brakes or airbags anymore) but with the Enhanced Driver Alert Package the 2016 Chevy Silverado it working even harder to keep you on the road and out of the shop. Compared to the 2015 options, the 2016 package has active safety lane keep assist (instead of just a warning ) and IntelliBeam headlamps to offer the best visibility.

Same dependable, hardworking truck

It may seem obvious, but what has us the most excited about the 2016 Chevy Silverado is what isn’t changing. The 2015 Silverado delivered awesome performance and ability to get work done, and we don’t see that changing in 2016.
